Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced and reliable PIV Installer to join our growing ventilation team. You'll be responsible for installing Positive Input Ventilation (PIV) systems in domestic properties, ensuring every job is completed safely, neatly, and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, understands customer care, and can work independently across multiple sites. We're looking for an experienced and reliable PIV Installer to join our growing ventilation team. You'll be responsible for installing Positive Input Ventilation (PIV) systems in domestic properties, ensuring every job is completed safely, neatly, and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, understands customer care, and can work independently across multiple sites.

Duties

  • Install PIV units in lofts in line with manufacturer specs.
  • Complete associated works including ducting, diffusers, electrical connections (where qualified), and commissioning.
  • Carry out pre-install checks, including loft access, power supply suitability, and airflow considerations.
  • Diagnose basic ventilation or condensation issues and report findings clearly.
  • Ensure installations are tidy, sealed correctly, and finished neatly.
  • Complete job paperwork, photos, and sign-off documentation.
  • Provide clear handover and aftercare guidance to customers.
  • Follow all health & safety procedures and company standards at all times.

Experience

  • Proven experience installing PIV systems (or strong domestic ventilation background).
  • Good practical skills (loft work, drilling, fixing, sealing, ducting).
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in doing a clean, professional job.
  • Customer-facing confidence and polite manner in occupied homes.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Ability to work to schedules and manage your own workload.
