We're on the lookout for a motivated and detail -oriented FinancialAccountant to join the Leicestershire based finance team. Reporting directly to the FinanceDirector, this role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact acrossfinancial planning, analysis, and system transformation as the business migrates from SAGEto SAP. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the financial planningcycle, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long -termmodelling.Deliver accurate forecastingand analysis at the end of each quarter.Support the development of a5 -year business plan through robust financial modelling.Prepare and analyse reportsacross P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, ensuring clarity and accuracy.Consolidating financialinformation for reporting and forecasting.Monitor and evaluate KPIs,highlighting trends and recommending improvements.Provide financial guidance tobusiness units, supporting decision -making and risk management.Manage project accounting,including monthly reporting, margin analysis, and labour recovery calculations.Play a key role in the ERPmigration project, cleansing data in SAGE and supporting the transition to SAP.Undertake ad -hocadministrative and financial tasks as required. RequirementsThe Ideal CandidateQualified accountant (ACA,ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).2–3 years' experience infinancial accounting, planning, and analysis within industry.Strong track record of meetingdeadlines in a fast -paced environment.Excellent communicationskills, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments.Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP essential).Exposure to SAGE and/or SAPsystems are highly desirable.Proactive, detail -oriented,and a collaborative team player.
