Electrical Engineer

Location: Warrington, UK

Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Office based

Hours: 36.5 per week, Mon – Thurs 8:30am – 5pm, Friday 8:30am – 4pm.

Start: ASAP

Job overview:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer or Electrical Project Engineer to join our clients office-based team in Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing and dynamic team, contributing to a wide range of projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimating electrical services packages for various sized projects
  • Supporting design development and project delivery
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations
  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
  • Conducting site surveys, preparing technical documentation and reports
  • Identifying and resolving electrical engineering issues during projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the electrical engineering/building services sector
  • HNC or equivalent in Building Services Engineering
  • Proficient in electrical design tools and software
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel to sites as required
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
