Lead Developer – Financial Services – Full Stack

Our client wishes to evolve its applications and systems that manage its online insurance business and is looking for a Full Stack Lead Developer to achieve this.
Working directly with the business, you'll understand the current web applications, systems and databases ( JAVA, MySQL, Java Swing, JSP, CSS and HTML)in terms of functionality & processes. Then you will recommend and deliver system improvements along with new functionality to meet business needs.
As the company grows, you will lead a small team in this broad and varied role to deliver more applications. While systems currently use JAVA, MySQL, Java Swing, JSP, CSS and HTML, you will analyse and recommend future technology so the business meets its objectives with robust applications.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 + benefits
