New Pathways

New Pathways are a non-government organisation, offering specialist support services for anyone affected by sexual violence, whether recently or in the past. They are the largest provider of sexual violence support services in Wales, and the leading provider of specialist sexual violence training.

Volunteer Coordinator

Location: Hybrid working arrangements with occasional weekend work
Hours: 22.5 hours a week (3 days)
Salary: £25,214.40 pro rata
Term: 1 Year Contract with a view of extending
New Pathways are looking for a Volunteer Coordinator who will be instrumental in supporting and managing their volunteers and Volunteer Counselling project.

You will be responsible for coordinating volunteer recruitment, overseeing the onboarding process, and maintaining open lines of communication to ensure volunteers feel valued and connected. You will also be responsible for developing engaging resources and providing ongoing support to foster volunteers' personal and professional growth.

Your passion for supporting volunteers will be crucial in creating a positive and effective volunteer experience, ultimately helping New Pathways to achieve its mission.
