As a District Nurse, you'll be the cornerstone of safe, effective community care. You will:
- Manage a caseload linked to one or two GP surgeries.
- Deliver holistic assessments and care for patients with long-term conditions and complex needs.
- Perform advanced clinical skills including venepuncture, wound care, catheterisation, and end-of-life care using syringe drivers.
- Act as a role model, supporting and teaching staff and students in the community.
You'll work collaboratively with Community Matrons, Registered Nurses, Nursing Associates, and Healthcare Assistants, visiting patients in their homes and care settings across Guildford and Waverley.
What We're Looking For
- A District Nursing Qualification and experience managing a team.

- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (reasonable adjustments available under the Equality Act 2010).

The Details
- Location: Guildford & Waverley (bases include Milford, Cranleigh, Haslemere Hospitals, and The Jarvis Centre).
- Hours: Flexible shifts between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday.
- Contract: Permanent, full-time.
- Right to Work: Candidates must have independent right to work in the UK (Procare is not a UKVI sponsor).
