This is a permanent role, with the graduate training programme lasting two years.
THE ROLE
The Graduate C&I Engineer is a critical role within EnQuest delivering on safety and production aspects to our Upstream directorate asset. EnQuest is looking for a proactive, highly skilled individual who can work as part of a multi-disciplined team. The role is embedded within the Magnus asset team and focused on supporting the delivery of safe and reliable operations.
The role will manage C&I equipment and systems within the upstream business.
Interfacing and liaising with onshore and offshore teams, working in a collaborative manner to deliver a focused business.

The programme provides a structured series of modules aligned to the EnQuest Values and will include a variety of interactive learning events, a range of behavioural training modules, and 1:1 coaching.

We are looking for high-achieving graduates with a desire to learn. The ideal candidate should enjoy problem solving / trouble shooting, detailed analysis, willing to innovate and embrace new ideas and take on projects where the approach or solution isn't known at the outset.

Graduate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree – 2.1 or higher or Masters in a related Instrumentation and Control engineering qualification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a growth mindset.
- Be able to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
- Have strong problem-solving skills and being able to demonstrate innovation, creativity, and logic.
- The role has a varied workload and therefore candidates should be able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in their working methods.
