Senior Digital Marketing Executive - Rewritten London


Hybrid / Remote (Hackney Wick, London)


Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

We're looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to take the lead on our digital growth - driving performance, scaling channels, and building the next phase of our DTC strategy.

This is a hands-on role for someone who's analytical, creative, and ready to make an impact in a small, fast-paced team.

What You'll Do

  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through paid search (Google), paid social (Meta), TikTok Ads and performance media.
  • Develop, execute, and optimise digital strategies to grow DTC revenue and improve ROI.
  • Manage day-to-day activity across SEM, SEO, Klaviyo email, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Oversee the in-house affiliate programme (Awin or similar).
  • Analyse data using GA4, Meta, Triple Whale and other platforms to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Build and scale always-on and campaign-led activity across key digital channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and agencies to deliver measurable results.
  • Contribute to creative development and campaign content.
  • Lead and grow a small future team as the eCommerce channel expands.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, performance media, or eCommerce.
  • Proven track record scaling DTC and acquisition campaigns.
  • Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Klaviyo, TikTok Ads, Awin (or similar).
  • Experience with Triple Whale is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with commercial awareness.
  • Creative, curious, and data-driven - with a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial energy and a love for small, ambitious teams.
