Talent Acquisition Specialist – London (Europe Focus)

Proxima, part of Bain & Company is a leading procurement consultancy with offices in the UK, Europe and the US, working with some of the world's largest and most successful organisations. We help clients reduce spend, drive cost savings, and optimise procurement strategies across a wide range of industries.

We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our London team on a hybrid basis, focused on hiring across Europe. This internal role covers full-cycle recruitment for experienced and graduate hires, on-boarding, and broader talent initiatives. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and the Global Head of Talent Acquisition to deliver a high-impact recruitment experience and support strategic growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across European markets, from sourcing to on-boarding
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to define hiring needs and candidate profiles
  • Help drive experienced hire and graduate recruitment strategies, including university engagement
  • Create exceptional candidate experiences and maintain long-term talent pipelines
  • Use data and market insights to inform hiring decisions and reporting
  • Support recruitment marketing, diversity initiatives, and global talent projects
  • Maintain and optimise use of ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools

About You:

  • years' full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in consultancy, professional services or similar recruitment experience.
  • Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills, especially via LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and recruitment systems
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree educated with ideally with some knowledge of Graduate recruitment and university partnerships – Although training will be given
