Sports Coach (After-School Club) — Transform PE

Location: South West London

Hours: Part-time (Monday-Friday 3:00–4:30pm)

Pay: £15–£25 per session (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Start Date: November 2025

The Role

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Sports Coach to lead after-school sports clubs for primary school pupils (ages 5–11). You'll deliver fun, structured, and progressive sessions that help children develop key skills and a positive attitude towards sport.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver safe, engaging, and inclusive after-school sessions in line with Transform PE's values.
  • Manage group behaviour positively and ensure all pupils are active and involved.
  • Adapt activities for varying ages and abilities.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience coaching children aged 5–11 in a school, club, or camp setting.
  • Confident leading sessions independently.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Enhanced DBS

Desirable

  • NGB Level 1 or 2 coaching qualification
  • First Aid and Safeguarding training.
