You'll gain exposure to litigation and arbitration at the highest level.
Firm Culture & Values
At Keidan Harrison, we pride ourselves on being a forward-thinking, inclusive and collaborative team. We value intellectual curiosity, integrity and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Our boutique structure allows for close-knit teamwork and direct access to senior lawyers, fostering rapid professional growth and meaningful contribution from day one.
As a boutique law firm, we expect a lot from our paralegals, including, on infrequent occasions, a willingness to be flexible as to working extra hours, whether prior to normal office hours, in the evenings and at weekend. At the same time, we offer them exposure to work and responsibilities that paralegals at larger City firms may not typically get. Consequently, we are confident that the experience you will gain at Keidan Harrison will put you ahead of the competition as you look to progress in your career.
Career Development
We are committed to supporting our Paralegals in their legal careers and we actively encourage internal progression. You'll receive mentoring from experienced litigators and have access to structured development opportunities. If you perform well, then there is genuine career progression for you here.
What We Offer
- Exposure to high-quality litigation and arbitration matters.
- A supportive and intellectually stimulating work environment.
- Opportunities for professional development and training.
- Mentoring throughout your legal career.
- Competitive salary and benefits.
Working Pattern
- Monday – Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. (although due to the nature of the work we do, flexibility is required you may be expected to work additional hours from time to time, sometimes at short notice)
- Hybrid working: The firm promotes office attendance and collaboration in the office. Paralegals attend 4 days per week in the office / 1 day from home.
Equal Opportunities
We are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace. All applicants will be considered on merit, regardless of background, identity, or personal circumstances.
