PA's Economics & Investment Strategy Capability
Operating at the leading edge of consulting, our multi-disciplinary teams combine deep economics expertise, industry knowledge and a structured decision-making approach to help clients understand the potential impacts, benefits and return on investment of strategic decisions.
Our capabilities include:
- Strategy: We specialise in securing investments in public and private sector infrastructure and technology, from developing high-level strategies through to authoring business cases.
- Economics: We apply economic principles and analysis to support policy development, economic regulation and benefits appraisal, helping clients to understand long-term impacts on various markets
- Modelling: We develop operational, economic and financial models to help understand the impact of various options/scenarios and, ultimately, guide and evidence strategic decision-making.
Our clients choose us because we challenge convention to find the solutions that really work – in practice, not just on paper. We define success as achieving exceptional results that have a lasting impact on businesses, communities and team members. It's a principle that underpins everything we do.
Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on a client site.
