Wilson and Co is a well-established dealership in Grimsby, and we're looking for a proactive and personable Service Advisor to join our front-of-house team. If you're passionate about delivering excellent customer service and want to be the vital link between our customers and workshop, this is the role for you

Salary: Competitive + bonus scheme OTE £35,000+

What You'll Do:

  • Welcome customers and guide them through the service process with a friendly approach
  • Book appointments, prepare job cards, and manage workshop scheduling efficiently
  • Communicate clearly with technicians and customers, keeping everyone updated
  • Upsell service plans, Vehicle Health Checks (VHC), and seasonal offers where appropriate
  • Handle customer queries and minor complaints professionally and empathetically
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with brand and environmental standards

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous experience in a similar Service Advisor role required
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A calm, confident approach, even under pressure
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment
  • Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is a plus
  • A full UK driving licence
