Available Shifts

  • Day Shifts: 08:00 – 20:00
  • Waking Night Shifts: 20:00 – 08:00 Flexibility to work both day and night shifts is essential

‍
Positions Available

  • Part-Time: 24 hours per week (mix of days & nights)
  • Full-Time: 36 hours per week (3 waking nights)
  • Bank: Flexible shifts to suit your schedule

Competitive Pay

  • Weekday Day Shifts: £16.17/hr
  • Weekends & Waking Nights: £17.11/hr
  • Sunday Nights: £17.73/hr Earn well while doing work that truly matters

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing high-quality personal care, hygiene, and mobility support (mobile hoist & slide sheets)
  • Assisting with meals and feeding as needed
  • Maintaining clear, accurate records and escalating any concerns
  • Offering reassurance, respect, and genuine companionship

About You

  • Previous care experience essential (complex care experience desirable)
  • Compassionate, patient, and emotionally resilient
  • Excellent communicator and team player
  • Flexible and dependable — willing to work days and nights
  • Full UK driving licence required
