Panel Technician

Location: Darlington

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + Bonus scheme up to £1,050 per month

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

About the Company

Our client is a leading Accident Repair Centre with branches across the UK, known for delivering high-quality repairs and excellent customer service. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Panel Technician to join their skilled team in Darlington.

Role Overview

As a Panel Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out efficient and accurate vehicle panel repairs and replacements, ensuring that every vehicle is restored to its pre-accident condition. You'll be working in a modern, well-equipped workshop as part of a professional and supportive bodyshop team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Repair and replace vehicle panels to manufacturer standards

  • Complete all work efficiently and to the highest quality

  • Collaborate with Paint Technicians and MET Technicians

  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment

  • Follow all company and health & safety guidelines

About You

  • Proven experience as a Panel Technician, Body Shop Technician, or Accident Repair Technician

  • ATA accreditation preferred but not essential

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong communication and time management skills
