The Banbury Cluster of GLF Schools (Longford Park, William Morris, Hardwick and Cherry Fields) is looking to appoint a reliable and efficient Premises Manager to help maintain and oversee its school sites. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a growing Academy Trust and work across 4 fantastic Primary Schools.
About the Banbury Cluster
Longford Park, William Morris, Hardwick and Cherry Fields make up a newly established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues across this cluster and to share expertise and experience. It also provides opportunities for career progression across the cluster and gives you the chance to further your professional development.
What we are looking for
- Someone who is friendly with good communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- A motivated and enthusiastic individual
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A flexible approach with good time management
- Holder of a full driving licence
- A willingness for further training
- Experience of working in a school environment or in a similar role
- Ability to promote and maximise the use of buildings and facilities, while following and promoting energy conservation measures within the school
- Ability to lead and manage a small team and promote the school policies and procedures relating to all areas of employment and service delivery
