  • Teaching across a range of programmes from Functional Skills to GCSE to a range of learners.
  • Contributing to a collaborative and committed Maths & English team.
  • Using data and assessment to monitor progress and raise achievement.
  • Delivering engaging, high-quality lessons that support all learners.

If you can demonstrate the following, then we'd love to hear from you:

  • A relevant degree (or equivalent) and a teaching qualification.
  • A proven track record of securing strong student outcomes.
  • Experience in using student data systems to inform teaching and intervention.
  • A student-centred approach with the ability to differentiate and assess effectively.
  • (For teaching) For many of our teaching roles, we welcome applications from candidates at any stage of their career, including industry professionals with no/limited teaching experience. We are able to offer teacher development & qualifications to enable teaching success.

College location: Based at our Hastings & Ore Campus.

Annual salary: £27,138 - £41,816

(Subject to qualifications, skills and experience)

Hours: Full time, 37 hours/52.14 weeks - Fixed Until August 2026, with possibility of extension/switch to permanent.
