Are you a creative media student with a passion for football and storytelling — ready to turn ideas into content that inspires the next generation of players?

We're looking to hire a motivated and creative Social Media & Marketing Volunteer to help us capture and share the NexAim story online You'll work closely with our Marketing Director to plan, create, and schedule engaging content from our development programmes, match-days, partners, and brand activations — helping to boost NexAim's engagement, following, and community presence.

Details:- 4-month remote volunteer position. 6 Hours Per Week. (primarily remote, though we're based in Notting Hill and would prefer applicants located in West London).

Your Role

  • Edit and produce engaging short-form videos for our Instagram and TikTok accounts using CapCut or Premiere Pro.
  • Design visuals and graphics in Canva or Photoshop.
  • Plan and schedule posts using Buffer.
  • Develop creative campaigns around player journeys, coach stories, and partnerships.
  • Support new collaborations with content planning and brand activations.
  • Track performance and suggest strategies to grow NexAim's online reach and followers.

Skills & Qualities (preferred but not compulsory)

  • Strong understanding of video editing and storytelling.
  • Confident using Canva, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro.
  • Familiar with Buffer or other social scheduling tools.
  • Creative mindset and passion for football, youth development, and branding.
  • Proactive, organised, and eager to learn.
