- We are flexible on location, but you must be available for travel to Munich, Germany 1-2 times per quarter. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in German is a plus.
This is a critical, highly accountable role, driving complex digital transformation for our strategic client, Allianz, in Munich. You will own the full implementation lifecycle, ensuring successful program delivery and sustained value realization.
The Impact U Will Make
- Program & Product Leadership: Serve as the dedicated individual for Allianz, owning the end-to-end delivery of a complex enterprise transformation program.
- Execution Oversight: Lead program planning, scoping, timelines, and execution across multiple workstreams, applying strong project and product management practices.
- Strategic Advisory: Act as a strategic services leader and trusted advisor to executive business and IT stakeholders, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps and requirements.
- Value & Adoption Driver: Drive adoption and change management to ensure solutions are understood, embedded, and actively delivering measurable value.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate seamless collaboration between internal Engineering, Product, Sales, and client teams to ensure cohesive, high-quality delivery.
- Agile Delivery Champion: Promote agile delivery best practices, introduce new methodologies, and coach teams through structured, iterative execution.
- Commercial Accountability: Manage program outcomes, including overseeing budget and resources, risk management, and commercial aspects of service contracts.
- Executive Communication: Provide clear, executive-ready communication, status updates, risk visibility, and value reporting to senior management and the client board.
What U Bring
- Implementation Experience: 8+ years in Customer Success, Program Management, Consulting, or Enterprise Implementation roles, with proven success leading large-scale digital transformation efforts.
- Program Ownership: Proven ability to act as the primary owner of program outcomes—managing risks, dependencies, scope, and client expectations—within complex, matrixed enterprise environments.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of workflow automation, low-code/no-code platforms, enterprise applications, and product lifecycle workflows.
- Core Management Skills: Formal expertise in Project Management, Business Process Design/Management, and IT Service Management.
- Executive Presence: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence and experience presenting to senior executives.
- Analytical Clarity: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of creating clarity and structure amid ambiguity and complexity.
- Global Experience: Experience managing large budgets or coordinating resources across multiple international locations is highly valued.
- Travel and Language: Must be available for travel to Munich, Germany 1-2 times per quarter. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in German is a plus.
