The Staff Networks Coordinator role at West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is a Band 4 position within the Human Resources department. As a Staff Networks Coordinator, the candidate will play a vital role in supporting the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) team at West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.

They will provide comprehensive administrative support to staff networks, organise events, facilitate meetings, analyse survey data, and promote EDI initiatives across the Trust's three sites.

The role involves acting as the first point of contact for the EDI team, managing communications, coordinating tailored action plans for staff networks, and supporting the delivery of strategic EDI projects.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, who can handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.

Strong organisational skills are essential, as the candidate will need to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required, along with experience in administrative tasks such as diary management, and planning events.

The ability to work independently, respond proactively, and demonstrate effective interpersonal skills is crucial.
