Delivery Lead
to take ownership of delivering next-generation, customer-facing, cloud-native applications at scale.

What You'll Be Doing


• Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple agile software teams


• Manage dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines while maintaining strategic alignment


• Drive continuous improvement using Agile and Lean principles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)


• Build and foster a culture of accountability, pace, and quality within delivery teams


• Work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to maintain focus and transparency.

What You'll Bring


• 3–5 years' experience managing software delivery in complex, multi-team environments


• Proven expertise in Agile frameworks and Lean delivery


• Strong technical understanding and the ability to communicate effectively with engineering and architecture teams


• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders


• A passion for problem-solving, collaboration, and delivering measurable business outcomes
