About the Role
We're looking for a confident and proactive individual to join our internal sales team. This role involves working closely with both new and existing customers—building relationships, responding to enquiries, and helping to grow accounts over time. It's ideal for someone who enjoys communication, is organised, and has a drive to contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing ongoing support.
- Identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts.
- Reach out to potential new customers to introduce our products and services.
- Follow up on enquiries and reconnect with previous contacts.
- Meet agreed targets and contribute to team sales performance.
- Keep accurate records and updates in the CRM system.

- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service is helpful.
- Comfortable speaking with a range of people and developing professional relationships.
- Driven, organised, and focused on delivering results.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
