Role Title: T24 Architect / Analyst

We are seeking an experienced
T24 Architect/Analyst
with strong expertise in Temenos T24 core banking systems and a deep understanding of retail and commercial banking operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving technical and functional design, refining business requirements, and supporting end-to-end solution delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical & Functional Architecture

  • Analyze and refine user stories, business requirements, and product feature requests.
  • Prepare
    high-level technical design (HLD)
    and support
    low-level design (LLD)
    creation.
  • Review and validate solution designs with internal teams and the design authority group.

2. T24 Core Banking Expertise

  • Provide in-depth technical and business expertise across major T24 modules including:
  • CUS, ACC, TT, FT, SWIFT, GL, AA Loans, AA Deposits, Lending, Mortgages, IRIS APIs, Teller, TWS
  • Support configuration, enhancements, testing, and deployment across various environments.

3. Delivery, Testing & Support

  • Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and product owners throughout the SDLC.
  • Create test scenarios, test data, and help validate fixes in lower environments.
  • Provide support for day-end / COB issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in deployments and ensure technical readiness of releases.

4. Leadership & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Guide and mentor a team of T24 specialists.
  • Review work of other analysts to ensure quality and consistency with client standards.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
  • Liaise with business stakeholders, design authorities, and cross-functional teams.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong expertise across
    T24 Retail & Commercial Banking modules
    .
  • Proficiency in
    TAFC
    , versions, and associated technical frameworks.
  • Experience of acting as both
    Business & Technical Architect
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    Agile methodologies
    and Scrum ceremonies.
  • Ability to create HLD, LLD, test scenarios, data setup, and business validation documents.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead T24 teams.
  • T24 Certifications
    (highly preferred).

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with other core banking platforms.
  • Background in operations, implementation, or business analysis.
  • Ability to recommend improvements to current T24 processes and workflow.
  • Strong leadership qualities and excellent client-facing communication.

Top 3 Responsibilities

  1. Provide strong architectural and functional expertise
    across all T24 modules, especially within retail & commercial banking.
  2. Analyze requirements and tickets, develop solution designs, and secure approvals
    with the design authority.
  3. Coordinate and support development, testing, validation, and deployment
    , ensuring quality and timely delivery.
