We're seeking a results orientated Country Manager to drive profitable growth, bring innovative solutions to market, and lead a high performing team — positioning LEO Pharma as the leader in medical dermatology.

Your role
You will have full P&L accountability, turning strategy into clear priorities that deliver results. This includes leading launches, refining go to market models, and enabling people and processes for long term performance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver growth and profitability across established brands and new innovations — including launch product.
- Develop and execute cutting edge go to market strategies across digital, customer engagement, patient activation, and pharmacy channels.
- Drive launch excellence and life cycle management for innovative and biologic products.
- Build and inspire a high performance, compliant culture.
- Represent LEO with stakeholders, authorities, and industry peers, contributing to regional/global projects.
Your Qualifications
We're looking for a strategic, results focused leader with:
- Proven P&L leadership in a mid sized or large EU market.
- Success launching and growing innovative or biologic products.
- Knowledge of modern go to market models.
- Experience leading transformation or change initiatives.
- Strong collaborative and coaching skills in complex, matrix environments.
Your Team
You'll collaborate with colleagues across UK and global functions, and build relationships externally to advance dermatology in the UK. You will lead a dedicated commercial and cross functional team focused on launch excellence and growth.
