About Us

Your True Path to Wellness was established during the pandemic in 2020 to create a safe, virtual space where women can connect, share their thoughts, and support one another through the different stages of mild and moderate mental health challenges.

We provide a supportive network that offers weekly support groups, structured programmes, and one-to-one sessions — all designed to help women explore self-awareness, develop self-management skills, and enhance their overall well-being.

Since becoming a Community Interest Company (CIC) and a proud member of Social Enterprise Scotland, our community has continued to grow. We are excited to reach more women than ever before and to develop new, inspiring projects for the future.

The Role: Treasurer of the Board (Volunteer Position)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our Board as Treasurer — someone who believes in empowering women and wants to make a genuine difference.

This is not a paid position, but a chance to contribute your time, energy, and expertise to a cause that truly matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the financial management of the organisation, including budgets, accounts, and reporting.
  • Provide financial guidance to support strategic decision-making.
  • Attend and actively participate in regular Board meetings.
  • Work collaboratively with other Board members to ensure good governance and sustainability.
  • Demonstrate a positive and supportive attitude toward the organisation's mission and values.

Ideal Experience

  • Background in accountancy or bookkeeping.
  • Understanding of financial management in small organisations or social enterprises (desirable but not essential).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
