We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist / Administrator to join our team at Eternal Smiles Dental Centre in . This role is vital in ensuring a smooth patient experience while supporting our mission to provide exceptional dental care.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the dental centre.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and patient records efficiently.
  • Handle medical billing and insurance verification processes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Support administrative tasks including filing and managing office supplies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans and office policies.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of medical billing, insurance verification, and patient service.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is preferred.
