Ideal 365 is a growing supplier of cleaning products, workwear, PPE, and customised branded clothing. With increasing demand from both B2B and online retail customers, we are expanding our e-commerce team to support our next stage of growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused E-commerce Assistant to help manage our online product catalogue and support the daily operation of our online store. No previous e-commerce experience is required — full training will be provided.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, eager to learn, and interested in the digital retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product Content Management

  • Create and upload new product listings (titles, descriptions, images, specifications).
  • Update and improve existing listings for accuracy and presentation.
  • Ensure pricing, attributes, and inventory levels are correct.

Daily E-commerce Operations

  • Assist with general website tasks and product updates.
  • Support order processing and liaise with the warehouse when needed.
  • Help with category updates, promotions, and seasonal changes.

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain simple spreadsheets for product data and stock updates.
  • Assist with basic reporting (top sellers, stock changes, etc.).

Skills & Qualities Needed

No previous experience is required — we provide full training.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good written English skills.
  • Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, web browsing).
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good organisation and time management.

Desirable but not essential:

  • Interest in e-commerce, digital retail, or product content.
  • Basic image editing knowledge (we can train you).
