What You'll Do

As our Administrator, you'll be at the heart of daily operations, the first and last point of contact for our customers, suppliers, and engineers.

Your role will include:

  • Coordinating and scheduling work for engineers efficiently
  • Ordering materials and supporting smooth job delivery
  • Processing customer orders from existing and new clients
  • Handling customer and supplier enquiries and providing excellent service
  • Managing invoices, chasing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Supporting the team with general administration and communication across the business

You'll also have opportunities to get involved in wider business activities — such as improving systems, helping with client feedback, or supporting sales and marketing efforts as the company continues to grow.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • A clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable using MS Office and learning new systems quickly
  • Able to prioritise tasks and work independently while supporting the wider team
  • Passionate about providing an excellent customer experience

Experience in administration, customer service, or sales is a plus but enthusiasm, initiative, and a willingness to learn are just as important.
