Our client, based in Thurso are looking for experienced and passionate Support Workers to join their growing team - (HAVING EXPERIENCE IS A BONUS)

A range of flexible shifts available, including Sleep Overs, Waking Nights & Long Days

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex care and experience working in day centre environments such as Care, Nursing & Residential settings, with a genuine passion for promoting independence, dignity, and well-being in every aspect of care.

In order to be considered for this vacancy, you will need the following:

  • The right to work in the UK
  • SSSC registered or willingness to register within 6 months of employment post
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Have the ability to adapt to different healthcare environment
  • Works well in stressful situations and able to respond effectively to challenging situations
  • Respects Values, equality, diversity and rights
