The Role

We are looking for a skilled FICEP Machine Cut and Drill Operator to join our growing production team. You will be responsible for the efficient operation of our CNC FICEP line to cut, drill, and process structural steel sections to exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate and maintain FICEP CNC cutting and drilling machinery.

· Interpret fabrication drawings and ensure components meet specified tolerances.

· Carry out setup, tooling changes, and routine maintenance.

· Monitor quality and report any issues or deviations.

· Work effectively with production and fabrication teams to meet deadlines.

· Follow company health, safety, and quality control procedures.

Requirements

· Previous experience operating FICEP or similar CNC machinery in a structural steel environment.

· Strong understanding of fabrication drawings and steelwork processes.

· Good attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

· Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

· Forklift or overhead crane experience is an advantage (training can be provided).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £15.50-£17.83 per hour
