Job Summary

This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational sales skills, gain practical experience in a professional environment, and contribute to the growth of our organisation. The successful candidate will be supported through comprehensive training programmes and mentorship, with a focus on building a career in sales.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in training sessions to learn about our products and services
  • Work on our sales campaigns, understanding how we are successful in what we do and why are clients are attracted to what we offer
  • Learn how to interact with customers and drive revenue targets for the clients we represent
  • Start learning how we teach and train our teams, building up the skill set to then start managing our sales campaigns day to day
  • Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales strategies
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not essential

Pay: £25,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
