Job Description
seeks an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team on a 12 month FTC. You will play a crucial role in the company's growth and success by attracting and identifying top talent for our teams, globally.As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for complex and business-critical hiring, demonstrating a superior ability to attract and secure top-tier talent. What You Will Be Doing:
- Craft and implement innovative hiring strategies pivotal to the successful growth of our global teams.
- Consistently deliver on challenging hiring roadmaps with high pace and quality for complex roles.
- Leverage novel methods, innovative ideas, and advanced sourcing techniques to identify, engage, and secure exceptional talent.
- Cultivate and manage robust relationships with candidates and internal business partners, ensuring seamless processes and an unrivaled candidate experience.
- Actively identify and implement innovative solutions and best practices that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition function.
- Utilize data to understand and address hiring challenges, contributing to informed decision-making within your scope.
- Identify and actively participate in projects that benefit the wider Talent Acquisition team and business.
- You are an experienced and impact-driven talent acquisition professional passionate about recruiting.
- Extensive success managing complex, high-volume hiring across diverse functions in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Thrives in startup/scale-up settings; possesses the agility to innovate within rapidly evolving landscapes.
- Expertise in business partnership, advising Hiring Managers to become a trusted recruiting expert.
- Superb skills—articulate, persuasive, and capable of building strong rapport with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
