THE RUNDOWN
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Director to join our team in London. You will be responsible for delivering valuable insights and strategic sports solutions for brands working in sport. You will make our clients highly successful by shaping commercial strategies and maximizing their ROI in the sports and entertainment landscape.

What You'll Accomplish

  • Brand consulting proposition: You will lead Playfly Europe's brand consulting proposition and have responsibility to build out your team and P&L to develop this exciting area of the business.
  • Lead client projects: Lead client projects for sponsorship identification, implementation and valuation. You will build marketing and commercial strategies for a wide range of brands to maximise the value of their sports partnerships.
  • Consultative Sales: You will build exciting propositions for brands to enter the sports market and work directly with Playfly, working directly with our sales team to build new opportunities. You will have annual sales targets
  • Client management: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, manage project requirements, and deliver recommendations based on data insights.
  • Project management: Demonstrate strong organization skills to manage tasks across multiple projects, prioritize workflow, and meet client deliverables.
  • Brand consulting profile: You will work with our PR team to build case studies to support the building of our reputation in brand consulting in the market.

What You'll Bring

  • 5 years of experience with proven brand marketing background. (D)
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data, create models, and extract actionable insights. (E)
  • A strong understanding of brand marketing and the ability to combine creativity and data to generate new outcomes our clients. (D)
  • Knowledge of financial concepts, including budgeting, pricing strategies, ROI analysis, and financial modelling. (D)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear presentations. (E)
  • Proven business development experience with existing relationships in sport preferable. (D)
  • Strong client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills. (E)
