Private Housing Group Manager

We're looking for a Private Housing Group Manager for our public sector client based in Islington on an initial 3 -month contract paying up to £619 per day Inside IR35.This role allows hybrid working with an expectation to attend the office 2 -3 days per week.The successful Private Housing Group Manager will possess proven experience in the following areas:Leading private sector housing and enforcement services in a local authority settingManaging licensing schemes (Mandatory, Additional, and Selective) for both HMOs and single occupancy dwellingsDriving improvements in private rented sector housing standards and conditionsLeading the response to tall building safety in privately owned propertiesOverseeing the delivery of Disabled Facilities Grants and other housing -related grantsManaging multi -disciplinary teams across complex housing projects and regulatory functionsBringing empty homes back into use and supporting vulnerable residents to maintain safe and healthy housingSecuring and delivering externally funded housing programmesInterested?Please apply belowPrivate Housing, HMO Licensing, Selective Licensing, Housing Enforcement, Empty Homes, Disabled Facilities Grant, Tall Building Safety, Local Authority Housing, Islington Housing, Private Rented Sector, Inside IR35, Contract Housing Manager
