Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hair styling and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Senior Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while mentoring junior stylists and contributing to the overall success of the salon. There is a possible job availability to become a manager.. depending on experience . Also the little extra qualities you can bring to the salon . We would like someone who can delegate and above all treat staff and customers in the way the deserve .. you may have targets to meet. . Again all depends on experience and what you can offer in return.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, colouring, and styling, tailored to meet clients'
  • Upsell additional services and products to clients, maximising their experience and satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling, barbering, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently within a busy salon environment.
  • A valid cosmetology or hairdressing qualification is required.
