We are looking for late afternoon/evening Care Assistants.

  • Excellent rates of pay starting from £14.25 per hour + mileage

What do we need from you?

Ideally, you will:

  • Live in the Medway area
  • Hold a full UK driving licence (or equivalent)
  • Have access to your own vehicle
  • Be able to work alternate weekends
  • Have the right to work in the UK (please note: we are unable to provide Certificates of Sponsorship)
  • Be willing to attend our 3-day induction training at our Gillingham office

What will your role involve?

Every day is different, but tasks may include:

  • Providing companionship (hobbies, shopping trips, days out, and more)
  • Supporting with medication
  • Offering personal care (sometimes only minimal assistance is needed)
  • Helping clients living with Dementia
  • Preparing meals
  • Light housekeeping
  • …and so much more that makes a real difference to our clients' lives.
