Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mobility Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working as part of a small team providing excellent customer care to people with disabilities and their families.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with colleagues to provide a range of services, from sales to leasing mobility products, and from new to good quality second hand. products.

- Face to face dealing with customers and their families, repairing and servicing mobility chairs, scooters etc in our on site workshop, collecting and delivering products etc

- Conduct thorough testing of equipment to ensure optimal performance and user experience

- Troubleshoot and repair mobility equipment to enhance efficiency

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into supporting customers in staying mobile

Salary dependent on skills and experience

Qualifications

- Proficiency in SolidWorks, LabView, MATLAB, Simulink, and other relevant software tools

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis

- Experience with schematics, mechanical knowledge, CAD, logic controllers, and GD&T

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
