Reports to: Senior Project Manager

he Role

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of retail shopfitting projects. You'll plan, coordinate, and manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong commercial awareness, stakeholder management, and on-site leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and oversee shopfitting projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to meet project goals.
  • Manage budgets, track costs, and report variances.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company policies.
  • Conduct site visits, resolve issues, and maintain quality control.
  • Prepare accurate project documentation and progress reports.

Key Communications & Working Relationships

Internal: Business Development, Operations, Finance, Commercial Management, StrongPoint Departmental Managers

External: Clients & Customers, Contractors/Sub-Contractors, Consultants/QS, StrongPoint Central Team

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience managing shopfitting or retail projects.
  • Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and standards.
  • Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and P&Ls.
  • Familiar with project management tools (e.g. Smartsheets, Trello).
  • Valid driving licence essential; PM qualifications desirable.
