Role Summary
The role is responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicle faults identified during the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process, as well as completing campaigns, recalls, and quality checks in line with manufacturer and company standards. The position demands a skilled and efficient
Level 3 Motor Technician
who can work to targets and deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism.

The successful candidate will ensure all vehicles meet quality requirements prior to delivery, proactively identify issues, and implement effective solutions. They will demonstrate strong communication skills, lead by example through commitment and flexibility, and contribute to a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

A
full driving licence
is essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on efficiency, accuracy, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnosing and fixing faults on all vehicles that have failed their PDI
  • Performing Campaigns, recalls and PDI on vehicles
  • Ensure all quality standards are met
  • Ability to work to targets and deadlines
  • Adherence to company health & safety procedures
  • Lead by example with high performance, commitment, flexibility, and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Build strong working relationships, promote team participation, and support or coach colleagues.
  • Communicate requirements clearly, handle difficult situations confidently, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Drive efficiency and improvement by generating new ideas, staying updated with best practices, using technology for tracking, and maintaining momentum on initiatives.
