Room Leader – Level 3 Early Years

Salary: Up to £33,000

40 hours per week

As a Room Leader, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Working closely with the management team, you'll guide and inspire your colleagues, ensuring high-quality care and education are delivered every day.

What We're Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in an early years setting, ideally with some supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for childcare and supporting children's development
