Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lecturer in Business, Esports, and Digital located in Worksop. The Lecturer will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, designing engaging curriculum, and creating a positive learning environment. The role requires the Lecturer to develop lesson plans, assess student performance, and provide constructive feedback. The Lecturer will also be involved in administrating and managing course-related activities, attending meetings, and participating in professional development opportunities.

  • Experience in teaching and curriculum design
  • Ability to assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capacity to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in Business, Esports, Digital Studies, or related field
  • Prior experience in education, especially at the post-secondary level, is advantageous
