Pay: Competitive pay, with Bank Holidays at £26.00/hour + £0.35/mile

Hours: 4–16 per week (Part-time, Zero-hours available)

Flexible working patterns between 07:00 am to 09:00 pm

What You'll Do – Be Someone's Everyday Hero:

  • Bilingual Communication: Fluently converse with service users in Mandarin, ensuring clarity and emotional connection during all interactions. Act as a cultural bridge and interpreter where necessary.
  • Provide personal care with respect and dignity (washing, dressing, etc.)
  • Support with mobility and daily tasks
  • Offer companionship – share stories, smiles, and strolls
  • Monitor wellbeing and report changes with care
  • Build trusted relationships with the people you support

We're Looking For:

  • Fluency in Mandarin (Verbal and Written): MANDATORY. Must be able to communicate effectively with service users and families who speak Mandarin.
  • A warm and genuinely caring personality
  • A full UK driving licence and use of a car
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Experience is welcome but not essential – we provide full support

Location Requirement:

To deliver timely and effective care, applicants must live within 5 miles of the CV3 postcode.
