We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to work for a busy Doctors Surgery in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. We have recently moved premises to a site in Rodney Road in Walton-on-Thames.

The position is for 25 hours per week each worked in a permanent shift pattern, 5 hours per day over 5 days. Start times will be

Monday 13.30 to 18.30, Tuesday 08.30 to 13.30, Wednesday 13.30 to 18.30 Thursday 13.30 to 18.30 and Friday 08.30 to 13.30.

A Medical Receptionist is a very busy role and you will need to be calm, friendly and sympathetic to the patients' needs and also be a team player. We also ask that you are flexible in your hours from time to time.

The job role includes dealing with patients at the reception desk and speaking to them on the phone. Booking appointments, dealing with queries, emailing, using our website software to direct the incoming messages to the correct clinician and general admin work for the Managers and Doctors.

Experience preferred but full training will be given.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.24 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
