We are seeking a Performing Arts Assistant Teacher & Company Coordinator to join us every Thursday Evening for 3 hours, across 40 weeks of the academic year.

This unique role blends hands-on creative teaching support with light company coordination, perfect for someone who thrives in both performance and people-focused leadership.

Performance & Teaching Support

● Assist teaching staff where needed, in delivering engaging dance, drama, and singing sessions

● Encourage participation, creativity, and confidence in children aged 4–18

● Support class setup, transitions, warm-ups, and creative activities

● Help maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and safe learning environment

Company Coordination & Management

● Welcome families and liaise confidently with parents at drop-off/pick-up

● Contribute to the organisation of workshops, events, theatre trips, and productions

● Assist with planning, admin, and behind-the-scenes coordination

● Support general operations so sessions run seamlessly and joyfully
