What You'll Be Doing

As the first smiling face patients see when they walk through our doors, you'll play a vital role in their journey. Your tasks will include:

  • Greeting patients warmly and ensuring they feel welcome and at ease.
  • Managing a busy schedule of appointments with confidence and care.
  • Supporting our skilled dental clinicians in delivering seamless care.
  • Handling sensitive patient information with the utmost professionalism.
  • Processing payments and insurance submissions accurately.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality to protect our patients' trust.
