We're looking for a
Project Coordinator
to join our Content Team at Blackhawk Network. The Content Team sits at the heart of driving growth for new and existing brands across all Blackhawk channels. We focus on maximising brand visibility, performance, and customer engagement through strategic initiatives and strong partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding of new products, ensuring timely delivery across EMEA by liaising with Business Development, Account Managers, Supply Chain, Marketing, and other key teams.
  • Compile and submit product details (formats, denominations, supply chain quantities, processor information) and manage required assets in collaboration with Card Partners.
  • Monitor product build progress, attend weekly calls, escalate issues where necessary, and support financial and settlement setup for new brands.
  • Maintain and update the BHN Content Catalogue, implement product changes (images, terms and conditions, customer service information), and ensure compliance with IP rights for marketing assets.
  • Deliver communication plans and reporting, sharing pipeline updates with internal stakeholders and Card Partners, and provide ad hoc support to the Account Management team.
  • Act as the primary contact for Card Partners, resolving queries, managing issues, and building strong cross-functional relationships through effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to coordinate and support project implementation, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Tenacious and confident, with the ability to positively influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • A collaborative team player who is proactive, results-driven, and highly professional in relationship management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with data analysis.
  • (Preferred) Understanding of the industry, including gift cards, prepaid solutions, and B2B versus B2C models.
