We're looking for an energetic and hands-on Pick, Pack & Returns Team Leader to join our warehouse operations team. You'll play a key role in leading a busy team, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently — while keeping our customers delighted and our operations running smoothly.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and supervise the warehouse team to meet daily targets and deadlines
  • Organise workloads, allocate tasks, and motivate your team to perform at their best
  • Maintain exceptional picking and packing accuracy using warehouse systems and handheld devices
  • Ensure all customer orders are correctly labelled, packed, and prepared for carrier collection
  • Manage daily restocking of packing areas and maintain smooth operational flow
  • Process and inspect customer returns — reworking, repacking, or disposing of items as required
  • Collaborate with our Customer Service and IT teams to resolve operational or system issues
  • Maintain outstanding health & safety and housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse
  • Support general warehouse duties including goods movement, packing material preparation, and trade counter assistance

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Previous leadership or team-leading experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A positive attitude with the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
  • A proactive, "can-do" approach and willingness to support your team wherever needed
