As CTEC Finance Lead, you will lead on financial planning, project costing, and ROI analysis, providing robust management accounting and performance insights to guide decision-making. You will oversee operational budgets, coordinate audit preparation, and ensure compliance with funding conditions and audit standards. The role also involves assessing project-related risks, contributing to mitigation strategies, and maintaining alignment with the Group Risk Management Policy. The days and hours of work for this role will need to be flexible based on project requirements, reflecting the dynamic nature of the work and the need to meet key deadlines and deliverables.
We are looking for a motivated and organised finance professional with excellent attention to detail, advanced spreadsheet skills, and a strong grasp of financial processes. You will bring experience in management accounting or financial analysis, ideally within an educational or public sector environment, and a flexible, collaborative approach to work.
