The Role

  • Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary:
    MPS/UPS – Dependent on experience

You will be responsible for delivering engaging Psychology lessons to students across KS4 and KS5, fostering a stimulating and supportive learning environment. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for Psychology and a talent for making complex ideas accessible and exciting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with curriculum objectives
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Support students in developing critical thinking, evaluation, and research skills
  • Maintain a well-ordered, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and CPD
