What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide day-to-day leadership to the Project Team
  • Analyse data and reports to identify and communicate relevant information, presenting findings to peers and senior management
  • Identify Risk, Quality and Scope management issues
  • Manage the cost and quality of delivery for the Project
  • Lead and chair the review of enablement of work packages for execution by the Operations organisation
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coach and develop members of the current team
  • Act as Team Lead in times of Managers absence

Essential
Your skills and experiences:

  • Project management experience, particularly with reporting and presenting to key stakeholders
  • Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of seniority
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Desirable

  • Recognised Project Management qualification e.g APM or Prince 2
  • Experience using SAP and Teamcenter
  • Experience managing a team
  • Experience within a ship building environment
